Our doctors
require a copy of x-rays of your entire mouth (full set using either
standard single x-ray or complete panoramic view) that are not older
than 6 months, preferably 3 months old or less. Once you have a copy
of your x-rays you can scan and e-mail, fax, or send them to us via
postal mail. This is important because it is the only way our
doctors can determine exactly what you need, what can or cannot be
done, and fix an exact price. |
|
We also need a
close-up picture like the one below of your wide smile with your
teeth touching each other. |
|
Please, do not
forget to inform us about any health problems that might make your
treatment difficult or even impossible, including allergies towards
any specific medications, e.g. pain killers, anesthetic, etc. |
|
You will also
need a valid passport as well as 2 passport sized photos for your
single-entry visa. Once you are booked with us, we will make sure
that your visa is available when you land at Minsk International
Airport. To ensure that your visa is available for you when you
arrive in Belarus, we require a photo copy of the 1st
page of your passport with all the necessary data. Please, do not
forget to indicate your home address. This must be done 2 weeks
prior to your departure for Minsk. |
|
Upon arrival
in Minsk you will be met at the airport by your very own personal
interpreter accompanied by your personal driver who will take you
directly to your accommodations. Later that day you will be taken to
our dental clinique for your 1st consultation and work on
your perfect smile can be started either that evening or the
following day. Please, remember that because this is an extremely
labor intensive process that you must be willing to spend 3-4 hours
each day with your dentist and his assistant. This is the only way
that your teeth can be completed within two weeks. |
